Ubuntu documentation for TurnKey Linux
TurnKey appliances are based very closely on Ubuntu. With minor exceptions, TurnKey appliances are assembled from unmodified Ubuntu binaries straight from the official Ubuntu repositories.
In other words, under the hood a TurnKey appliance is really just a version of Ubuntu that we optimized for a specific usage scenario by carefully pre-integrating a selection of Ubuntu components. This provides users with a starting point that is closer to the end-result they want (I.e., compared with installing Ubuntu from scratch).
That means Ubuntu documentation applies almost perfectly to TurnKey Linux appliances, especially documentation intended for Ubuntu Server edition.
