If you keep in mind that the v11.x release of TKL is based on Ubuntu 10.04 you should be able to find plenty of info online on how to do this. If you look for a tutorial that explains how to install and config Drupal on Ubuntu then it should be fairly straight forward, although you may need to tweak the config a bit to get it all running exactly how you want. The official Ubuntu forums are often quite handy.
May be helpful to others in a similar situation if you post back with your experience, especially any config gotchas (which I'm sure you'll experience).
