I would like to change the language on the wordpress interface on my turnkey linux appliance but I cant follow the instruccions that are published in wordpress.com

Because im unable to find or edit the wp-config.php file
How can we change the language?

The master configuration file is located at /etc/wordpress/wp-config.php, but you can read more about how the configuration works at /usr/share/doc/wordpress/README.Debian
