http pull in revision control appliance

 Hello

Does anyone know if pulling a git repo over HTTP is supposed to be working in the current revision control appliance? Regular pull as well as viewing via web work like a charm but I can not pull the repo via HTTP, which people say is supported in gitweb.

Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards

Philipp

any feedback

Hi Philipp,

Did you get a response to this query? I am getting nowhere with git+ssh or ssh access (presumably due to firewall issues). I asked this: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3191056/git-pull-over-ssh-times-out but have not gotten anywhere yet.

When I attempt to use http, I get this

fatal: http://1.2.3.4/git/AgentDesktop.git/info/refs not found: did you run git update-server-info on the server?

Regards,

    Andrew
