I have been getting "Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Unknown error." while trying to connecting to the Torrent server appliance. Web-GMUI and shell access working fine.
Tried everything, NAT, Firewall changes. couldn't figure out what the problem was.
Solution turned out to be simple. Use FireFox. I was using Chrome and IE, both gave me connection errors. With FireFox, it worked in an instant.
Spent 2 days figuring out the solution.. Hope this helps some poor soul.

Which version was that?
Was it 2009.10-2 or v11.0RC? If its the older version perhaps try the RC and see how that goes, unless of course you're happy with Firefox! Ideally though it should work properly with any recent browser and it could be worth hearong a few more details from you.
