Route 53

Do I have to use Route 53 with Amazon clouds?

I have a domain and my registrar provides DNS services where I can set A, CNAME records etc.

Thanks.

So the only cost with Elastic IP's is when you have one but your not using it. That's how I read the Amazon terms.
