Hi, I have a situation that needs resolution fairly quickly. It's a long story, but the short of it is the following: - Using TKL services requires "purchase" via Amazon DevPay/Payments - I have been using a company credit card to pay for services, but have reached a company-imposed limit with the amount that can be charged. - I was asked by the company to move to an invoicing, purchase-order procurement process. - I contacted Amazon and we are in the process of moving over to an invoicing process, but this is not sufficient since only a minor portion of our monthly bill is directly billed by Amazon Web Services. - Unfortunately, Amazon does not offer invoicing (yet) with services offered via 3rd party DevPay providers like TKL. The majority of our charges are incurred via TKL service usage and since I can no longer use the company credit card, I cannot pay for the services via DevPay. - This means we either need to setup a direct invoicing process with TKL or TKL, with the help of Amazon, can establish a relationship to do invoicing via Amazon. - I have spoken with a Amazon Technical Sales Representative and he encouraged me to contact TKL. Sorry to be a pain, but I suppose a heavy usage customer with a large service charge is a good problem to have ;) What follows is the email I received from Amazon Payments.... Greetings from Amazon Payments, Amazon Payments is performing the billing for your purchased application(s). They do read the forums but direct contact would be better IMO. You'll get a faster response. You can get them via email firstname@turnkeylinux.org (Alon or Liraz) but probably the easiest and quickest way to get their attention is via the Hub feedback feature (blue button on left hand side of page when logged in). That way they will have all you Amazon details too.

Hi Ken, as @jeremy suggested, please contact us directly, preferably from the email you signed up to use with the Hub or via the feedback option.
