TurnKey Linux Virtual Appliance Library

TurnKey Django (environment) enters a deadloop

Hello,

We migrated our Django application to TurnKey Django running on a Virtual Machine (Virtual Box). Everything is fine during the working day, but on the next morning the Virtual Machine shows something like this:

...

init: rsyslog main process (5923) killed by KILL signal

init: rsyslog main process ended, respawning

init: rsyslog main process (6966) killed by KILL signal

init: rsyslog main process ended, respawning

....

And it goes like this forever. I used a ping application to find out when the Django App stops working - the time it stops is different every day, so I could not trace it to a specific (cron) event or something. I tried to look for clues in the log files, but I do not have the knowledge to spot the problem (I come from Windows world).

Could you give me a hand, please? I will appreciate it if you give me a hint how to approach this, what to look for, how to trace the problem, etc. I really like TurnKey Django (thank you!) and I really want to make it the standard in our company.

Thank you,

Krassimir
