Hi,

I want to launch a new turnkey server, but i'm receiven the message you have no amazon account but i do have one, how to fix this annoying issue, can someone help me?

Just to clarify, is this a new account that you haven't used before? Or is this an existing Hub account that you have servers running on currently? Or an old account that used to work but doesn't at all now.

Hi,

Thnx for responding, i was using this turnkey account with servers and backups etc, so something went wrong withe amazon account and i created a new one over there, but now there is no link between the two accounts

i'm receiving the message you need amazon account to launch, so i've creted a new one and activate it

and the status is good, received e-mail from amazon etc.

If so can you please log in to the hub and then send feedback. Just mention that you're Edwin from the forums and I'll have a deeper look at your account.
