TKLPatch for Jenkins

Hi guys! This patch will turn turnkey-core into a continous integration server based on jenkins. 

Features

- Installed from official jenkins repos.

- LTS version.

- Apache2 virtualhosts configured for easy access on standard ports (80 as 433)

- Secured access by default (best practice). 

- Inithooks to set admin user password and email. 

After a bit of use of jenkins, I found it's a very versatile piece of software, so I though it was best to leave it without any added plugins, so the user can completely customize it as needed.
