Standalone Tomcat Appliance - no catalina log files

Hi,

I have just downloaded the tomcat appliance (/tomcat). All started up fine, pretty neat appliance. I have one question thought, there doesn't seem to be any logging enabled and I cannot see anything in the /var/logs/tomcat5.5/ but I fail to spot any override of the default logging configuration.

Any pointers appreciated.

Maybe you didn't see any logs because you didn't do anything that would be logged? We didn't change the default logging configuration for the Tomcat appliance so unless there is a bug in the Ubuntu/Debian packaging it should work.
