Problem with MindTouch Appliance

Hi

I have just downloaded the MindTouch Appliance and have uploaded to my ESXi 4.0 server and added to inventory.

However it lists the VM as "Unknown (Invalid)" under the inventory.

Any ideas on what this might mean or how to fix it?
