I have been having a problem with the site template on one of my sites.

so I uploaded the site template onto the turnkey joomla install to find out what was going on.

everything is fine but the logo.

the Logo is a png file and it will not display what am I doing wrong?

This is the same for jpg files

Check apache logs

Specifically the access log. That way you can spot if there are 404 errors for the images (and see the url that is being requested). The log should be in /var/log/apache2/access.log (Or check which files are there, as I don't use the joomla tkl I don't know if there is a custom log file.

Hope it helps!

RE Joomla page templates & images

I have found the problem it's to do with the templateDetails.xml.

You have to make sure that the is a link to the image in this file when creating or modding a template.
