Restoring OVF on Turnkey Cloud Server

I would like to know if it is possible to restore a copy ovf of virtual machine (where I have the wordpress test) in a cloud Server (where would the wordpress's production). Or you can make a copy of the database and restore it on the server?

Thank you for the response, but i'll apreciate a confirmation of my questions.
I'm trying to evaluate the tools I will need when I'll install my Wordpress test installation in a Cloud Server. At the moment we think TKLBAM will not be necessary but want to know if we'll can import the MySQL database with all the content published at the moment in the test environment to the cloud.

Otherwise you could create a manual backup as you suggest
