Server not responding and won't stop
Hi, my server went down and now I can't even stop it to try and then restart it. Not sure what to do.

Sorry about the really slow response, this thread missed my attention...
I assume that you probably have resolved this by now... If not, assuming that you are running your appliance on AWS have you tried via the AWS console itself?
