OTRS Appliance problem
I have installed the OTRS appliance and I am finding that there are files missing from teh installation that are crucial to the configuration of the OTRS system.
Especially the /opt/otrs directory where otrs lives along with all of its scripts, etc...
Am I missing soething here?
I.e. the Debian repos (as stated on the appliance page). Thus you should find all the config files in /etc (probably something like /etc/otrs or something similar).
Beyond having trouble finding the config files are you having any specific issues?
