Supportsitracker

Hi All,

I'm setting up SiTracker for use and entered some vendors that in afterthought proved obsolete. I've  been searching for a way to remove these vendors and couldn't find it in the GUI. I can't figure out what I'm missing, I expected the function under "Edit Vendor", that turned out not to be the case. 

Any ideas?

Unfortunately I am unfamiliar with the SiTracker appliance so may not be a whole lot of use...

My first suggestion would be to consult the SiTracker Wiki and/or Forums

Failing that preferred option, most web apps save the bulk of their data in a database, so if you dig into the included DB you may be able to find the records there and manually remove them. Note, I would highly recommend doing a backup of your DB prior to fiddling around in there just in case something goes wrong...

And if you resolve your issue, then it'd be great if you could post back as it will probably help someone else along the way... Thanks :)

Hi Arti, I just wanted to let you know that i have added this bug to the TKL Issue Tracker. Unfortunately we won't really be able to provide a fix until SiTracker release one, but at least it's noted... If a fix is released upstream (and you are aware of it) please let us know. Preferably with a comment on that bug/issue (on GitHub) although posting here would do...
