OTRS Appliance on XenServer 6.2 fails to install

Hi @ all,

I am trying to get OTRS appliance running on XenServer 6.2.  During installation I get the following error while setup is preparing disks:

ip: SIOCGIFFLAGS: No such device
Generationg ssh keys...
Error: Could not mount harddisk, starting debug shell...

 

What went wrong?

AFAIK TKL Xen images don't work on XenServer OOTB

In the docs it suggests installing from ISO should work...

Unfortunately if that doesn't work, I have no idea sorry.

Specifically here.

I don't have XenServer so I can't guarantee that it'll work but hopefully! :)
