sorting of search results on turnkeylinux.org website broken?

Is it just me, or is the ability to sort search results on the turnkeylinux.org website broken?

After entering a search term into /search, I try to "Sort results by" criteria such as "Date created" or "Last modified", but this functionality does not seem to be working for me.

This makes it difficult to find, for any given issue, the most recent:

answer in the support forum(s)
post in the blog
item in the help docs

Fixing this seemingly-trivial problem would help make the general user-experience for your wonderful TKL service -- even more wonderful! ☺

TBH I hadn't noticed but I've just lodged a issue on the TKL Issue tracker.

Lucene API bug, disabling search sort until we switch to solr

This seems to be a regression in the Lucene API library that hasn't been fixed yet. For now I've disabled the sorting block. This functionality should be restored once we switch to Solr.
