I got Bronze plan, and there should be an Email Support, but I dont know where and how to use Email support!

Could you help me is this regard, please?

Use the "feedback" when logged into the Hub

Using the Hub's feedback is probably the best way because I can easily check for a few simple problem super easy.

Otherwise you can email me direct (jeremy AT turnkeylinux.org) or support AT turnkeylinux.org...
