Cron Jobs missing for otrs :( | TurnKey GNU/Linux

Hey guys,

i've installed an otrs on a VM Player. Works good but i'm searching for the cron jobs (to edit the time to fetch the e-mails).

Where can i find it?

So I'm not really sure what you were expecting. Perhaps if you give a bit more info about how it "normally should be" then I could look into that further?!

Regardless, as a general rule, cron jobs are stored in /etc/cron[.d|.hourly|.daily|.weekly|.monthly] and are usually named appropriately. If you don't find anything there, then perhaps it has it's own internal cron mechanism which is used by default? In which case I'm not completely sure...
