Admin quit need OTRS upgrade help

I am completely clueless about turnkey and Linux. Our admin setup a turnkey OTRS4 box and now she is gone. We need it upgraded to 5.0.17 but have no idea how any of this works. Im having trouble finding which files to download, how to use it. Getting pretty desperate and need any help you can give.

If so my guess is that the files are in /var/www/otrs or perhaps /opt/otrs?! Without more information (like what version? what appliance?) I can't tell you much more.

Once you work out where the files are, they're docs look pretty good.
