• Install latest Observium CE release - 22.12.
• Update cron job to explicitly call poller-wrapper.py with python3. Closes #1771
• Remove MIBs config from /etc/snmp/snmp.conf (not required for Observium). Closes #1644
• Add additional dependencies and confirm that graphing is working (either the issue is fixed, or the original issue was client side). Closes #1798
