Changes: Upgrade the base distribution to Debian 13/Trixie. Install AVideo 29.0 and AVideo Encoder 8.0 from their pinned official upstream release tags. Use the Debian Trixie media stack, including FFmpeg, ExifTool, Nginx RTMP, Apache XSendFile and yt-dlp. Preserve the firstboot administrator, domain and Encoder configuration, and add a verified release update helper. See the TurnKey Core 19.0 changelog for changes common to all appliances.
