New TurnKey Domain Controller version (15.0)

Changes:

• Initialization (specific to domain-controller - via inithooks):
  • support joining existing AD domain (closes #790)
  • separate out commandline usage into bash scripts (commands were previously run direct from python)
  • don't acccept parentheses in Samba admin password (closes #861)
• Note: Please refer to turnkey-core's changelog for changes common to all appliances. Here we only describe changes specific to this appliance.
