Turnkey Proxy Appliance
Should be easy todo, Squid Proxy and Dans Guardian.
I've set this up a few times manually and it is pretty easy however it would be nice to have an appliance all ready setup etc. I used this at work(a school) for webfiltering. Just a suggestion.

Adrian Moya created a TKLPatch for Web Filter Proxy, which hopefully will be released as an official appliance in the TurnKey 11 part 2 batch. In the meantime, take a look at the thread.
