Amazon EC2 and S3 now in Sydney

Amazon is now offering most services (including EC2 and S3) in Sydney, and has been since the 5th of November.

This is what I was told...

Hi Chris,

We're in the middle of some development, but once thats complete I'll
refocus and get the images built for Sydney and add support to the
Hub.
