Where is TKL installed? (VM/bare metal/AWS/etc) If relevant how did you install (ISO/VM image/etc). When you say "none of my passwords are working" what usernames are you using? Which interface(s) are you trying to log into? (SSH/SFTP/Webshell/Webmin/etc)
