Unable to login
I just joined a subscription for Turnkey Tomcat and I cannot login to any of my accounts.
I managed to retrieve the randomly generated password but I cannot login to SSH nor to any one of the hub services: Webmin, Tomcat Admin, Shell or Virtual host.
They all tell me my credentials are incorrect.
Not sure what to do now.
Any suggestions?

Reply 2Then perhaps that is not a bad idea... Personally I prefer launching via the Hub, although it shouldn't really make any material difference. It is strange that it was working and then stopped allowing you to log in...
It sounds like you are running a Tomcat appliance on AWS via the Hub, is that correct?
There were some issues (like what you are experiencing) which occurred as a result of appliances not picking up DNS but I thought that had been resolved (it has for me at least). Regardless perhaps have a look at the workaround: https://github.com/turnkeylinux/tracker/issues/46#issuecomment-20793652
