Mediawiki appliance: getting rid of additional footer

Here is a tip for people using the Turnkey MediaWiki appliance.

After successfully installing the Turnkey MediaWiki appliance I noticed the Turnkey footer was added to the wiki page every time I changed a wiki page using VisualEditor.

After lot of searches I found out that it is was probably caused by an "automatic footer add" in apache. I disabled it using:

a2dismod substitute
service apache2 restart

PS: VisuelEditor only started working after I changed the MediaWiki to use http. See /forum/support/wed-20210825-1205/mediawiki-a...
