New TurnKey Mindtouch Core version (12.1)

Changes:

• MindTouch Core (Deki):
  • Latest version of MindTouch Core will be installed at build time via the official package repository. - Configuration available at /etc/apt/sources.list.d/mindtouch.list providing an easy upgrade path, but is disabled as no Release file is available for package pinning (security).
  • MindTouch installation now handles certdata import.
• Added phpsh (interative shell for PHP) and php5-cli (generically useful).
• Upstream source component versions: prince 8.1-4_ubuntu10.04_i386 8.1-4_ubuntu10.04_amd64
• Note: Please refer to turnkey-core's changelog for changes common to all appliances. Here we only describe changes specific to this appliance.
