New TurnKey BookStack version (19.0)

Changes:

• Install BookStack v26.05.4 from the official stable release channel, pinned to its signed upstream tag and release commit.
• Add a guarded BookStack updater, Laravel scheduler integration and focused runtime acceptance for administrator login, book/page persistence, MariaDB connectivity and scheduled jobs.
• Upgrade the appliance base to Debian 13 Trixie, with PHP 8.4 and MariaDB supplied by the signed Debian repositories.
• Use BookStack's supported initial administrator command during firstboot.
