New TurnKey Concrete CMS version (19.0)

Changes:

• Install Concrete CMS 9.5.2 from its official release asset, pinned to the upstream tag commit and published archive SHA-256.
• Run the Concrete CMS scheduler from cron and retain the supported dashboard and command-line update workflow.
• Upgrade the base distribution to Debian 13/Trixie with PHP 8.4 and MariaDB from the signed Debian repositories.
