New TurnKey CouchDB version (19.0)

Changes:

• Install CouchDB 3.5.2.1 from the official Apache CouchDB APT repository for Debian Trixie.
• Use a Deb822 APT source, keep the upstream repository at priority 100, and prefer CouchDB itself at priority 500.
• Update the appliance usage documentation to match the Nginx proxy, Fauxton, and CouchDB network configuration.
• Upgraded base distribution to Debian 13.x/Trixie.
