New TurnKey e107 version (19.0)

Changes:

• Install e107 2.3.11 from its official release archive with SHA-256 verification.
• Store the firstboot administrator password using PHP's current password hashing API.
• Update the appliance for Debian 13 (Trixie), PHP 8.4 and current MariaDB.
