New TurnKey Etherpad version (19.0)

Changes:

• Install Etherpad from its maintained signed stable APT channel, currently v3.3.3, with the supported Node.js 24 LTS runtime.
• Upgrade the appliance base to Debian 13 Trixie and retain MariaDB-backed pad storage, HTTPS proxying, firstboot credentials and API access.
• Add focused runtime acceptance for administrator authentication, pad create/write/read persistence, MariaDB state and signed update channels.
