New TurnKey Faveo Helpdesk version (19.0)

Changes:

• Upgrade the appliance base to Debian 13 Trixie with PHP 8.4, MariaDB, Apache, Redis and Supervisor from signed Debian repositories.
• Install the supported Faveo Helpdesk Community v2.0.3 release from its current official repository and verify the source archive digest.
• Adapt the installer to PHP 8.4 output, remove the obsolete IonCube setup and remove a Supervisor entry for the unavailable Horizon command.
• Add focused runtime acceptance for administrator login, ticket persistence, background workers, scheduled work and documented TurnKey administration endpoints.
