New TurnKey Ibexa version (19.0)

Changes:

• Update Ibexa Open Source to maintained v4.6.32 LTS from its official Git tag, pinned to the upstream release commit.
• Upgrade the appliance base to Debian 13 Trixie, including PHP 8.4, MariaDB 11.8, Node.js 20 and Debian's Yarn package.
• Update the install and firstboot integrations for current Ibexa, PHP and MariaDB behavior. Clear the production cache after setting the initial administrator credentials so the configured password works immediately.
• Add focused acceptance coverage for administrator login, published content persistence, the REST API and upstream update discovery.
