New TurnKey Matomo version (19.0)

Changes:

• Install Matomo from Debian's signed Trixie package repository and use APT for supervised updates.
• Update the installer integration and PHP dependencies for Debian 13 Trixie.
• Supply the upstream GeoIP2 PHP API through Composer because Debian's Matomo package omits this optional geographic-reporting dependency.
• Verify firstboot administrator authentication, analytics collection and persistence, geographic report archiving, and signed updater evidence.
