New TurnKey Node.js version (19.0)

Changes:

• Upgrade the base distribution to Debian 13/Trixie.
• Use Debian's Node.js 20 and npm packages instead of shipping a runtime installed by the n version manager.
• Retain the npm-managed PM2 service and Express/Pug sample application with documented npm update paths.
• Keep the bundled example applications as updateable Git checkouts.
• See the TurnKey Core 19.0 changelog for changes common to all appliances.
