New TurnKey Omeka version (19.0)

Changes:

• Install Omeka Classic 3.2.1 from the official upstream release archive and verify its published SHA-256 digest during the build.
• Update database bootstrap and administrator password handling for Debian 13 Trixie, MariaDB 11.8 and PHP 8.4.
• Verify administrator authentication, collection item creation, restart persistence, management services and the supervised upstream update path.
