Update
New TurnKey Redmine version (12.0)
Changes:
- Redmine
- Upgraded to latest upstream archive.
- Updated firstboot redmine configuration (passwords are now salted).
- Removed regen-redmine-secrets, now handled by regen-rails-secrets.
- Updated default configurations (eg. mail) for newer rails version.
- Bugfix: add creation dates to helloworld repos (UX).
