New TurnKey Snipe IT version (19.0)

Changes:

• Install the official Snipe-IT 8.6.3 release from its pinned Git commit.
• Upgrade the base distribution to Debian 13/Trixie with PHP 8.4, MariaDB, Redis, Composer and supporting packages from signed repositories.
• Add Redis queue supervision, scheduled maintenance and a supervised official update command that binds upgrades to a verified stable tag.
• Keep generated database credentials out of build tracing.
