New TurnKey SuiteCRM version (19.0)

Changes:

• Install the official SuiteCRM 8.10.2 production release with its pinned SHA-256 digest.
• Add a supervised updater for the official stable release channel.
• Use the SuiteCRM 8 scheduler command and add PHP modules required by the supported upstream runtime on Debian Trixie.
• Preserve and regenerate application secrets during first boot.
• Upgrade the base distribution to Debian 13/Trixie.
