Launching Workflow further explanation

Hello,

As a novice, can someone direct/assist me how to apply workflow to new documnets. Attached is screenshot of what done so far. Have created the flow, welcom correction if wrong, wants to understand if  workflow assigned to  a new document, is there something a user in a group allowed view/work on doc must do to move the document into the next stage of  workflow?

TBH, I don't use Mayan-EDMS myself and aren't at all familiar with it's usage. A quick google turned up a couple of links that look like they might be of value:

  • the Workflows doc page.
  • A thread in the Mayan-EDMS forums which provides some explanation, plus an example workflow.

    I'm not at all clear what you are referring to... I assume that you are seeking help on one of our appliances?! Unfortunately though, I'm not really clear which one you might be referring to.

    Please feel free to elaborate and I'll do my best to answer. Although TBH, whilst I'm super familiar with TurnKey, I don't know every piece of software in every appliance. So I'm not sure how much help I'll be.
