New TurnKey Moodle version (14.1)

Changes:

  • Upgraded to latest version of Moodle (3.0.2).
  • Fixed permission issue that blocked installation of themes (#548).
  • Removed php5-xcache. No one has reported issues for v14.0 Moodle but issues were reported in v13.0. xcache is now redundant anyway.
  • Note: Please refer to turnkey-core's changelog for changes common to all appliances. Here we only describe changes specific to this appliance.
