Hi!

I've installed the Turnkey Mediawiki appliance package which includes fckeditor.
I'm having trouble getting the upload function in fckeditor to work. At the moment the upload tab doesn't even show.

From what I've gathered you need to edit three files to get this to work:
FCKEditor/fckconfig.js
FCKeditor/editor/filemanager/browser/default/connectors/php/config.php
FCKeditor/editor/filemanager/upload/php/config.php

The problem is that neither the /connectors/ folder nor the /upload/ folder exist.
I also downloaded and checked the latest fckeditor release and those folders are not there either.

How do I install and configure these connectors?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
