I haven't... But should be ok...
Although 'ok' is always relative! :)
As it's installed from upstream you don't have any worries there (like a clash between a packaged version and upstream)...
v13.0 appears to have Twik v5.1.4 so I would google for docs on upgrading from 5.1.4 (try 5.1 maybe?) to 6.0.1. Hopefully you'll find something...
