I 've install a turnkey MySQL Appliance few days ago on ESXi 4 u1 box. Everything worked well. I've turn the MTU of the eth0 adapter to 9000, the ESXi 's NIC is a GB one and Jumbo frame is enable.

Since I can not connect to MySQL from other VM !!  The management interfaces and Web shellInAbox are unreachable too. Setting back the MTU to 1500 correct the problem .

From a physical PC, everything work fine with or without the MTU set to 9000.

What is wrong ?
