Hi,


I buy a TurnkeyHub application bronze plan, but It can´t connect with Amazon Cloud services.

First I receive this message on turnkeyhub:"Inactive account The Amazon API Access Key you provided is no longer active."

I was suspended my account, but Now It works. But In the application Turnkeyhub is Inactive Amazon Account.

Another thing, I pay for the application but I receive this message on turnkeyhub:
"Notification Amazon S3 storage is not enabled for backups."
"TurnKey Backup and Migration Amazon is validating your payment details, which usually takes between 2-15"
It past more than 2 hours, I try some things but It doesn´t work.

But It was pay and I receive an email form you:
